Overview
Seeraty is a careers platform that connects job seekers directly with roles that fit their skills. A candidate uploads their CV once; the platform scores it against applicant tracking systems, the Seeraty expert team matches it to open roles, and the candidate applies and follows every application from a single dashboard. Candidates who want more can order a professionally written CV from the same place.

The challenge
Job hunting is mostly random applying. Strong CVs get filtered out by applicant tracking systems (ATS) before a hiring manager ever reads them — because of formatting that doesn't parse or missing keywords — and candidates rarely know why, or which roles they actually stand a chance at.
What we built
We built Seeraty as one bilingual product around the CV: an ATS analysis that compares the CV with the job description and returns a score out of 100 with instant fixes, a matching feed that shows each role with its match percentage, a Kanban tracker for applications through to interviews, salary comparison so candidates know their market value, and a request flow for an expert-written CV — all in Arabic and English, in dark and light themes.
